Above is a picture of me after awards at Wunderfall 2024. I have finally lost all of my hair.
This tournament is a labor of love. Results are posted and payouts are sent.
Thank you to all open players who opted to donate your winnings.
Together we raised $10,642 for our Wasatch TAP Grant Match!
I'm amazed by the generosity of our community.
Thank you to my amazing wife and daughter, Kami and Sophie for helping out all weekend!
When I started working on The Wasatch Wunder, I knew in my bones that it was going to be a special project, and a special place.
When we gussied it up for Utah States last year and had Central Coast come film it, I knew that it would reach people that just. had. to. play. it.
This weekend, we had a gentleman drive all the way from Pittsburgh to play in our little CEP-Rated Fundraiser XC-tier, Jacob Zoller. It's an incredible feeling knowing that something that our community built is attracting people far and wide. It's a good reminder to not take for granted what we have. We have a truly special place to enjoy.
This is just the beginning. With our match for the grant secured, we are well on our way to improving the course even more.

The Wunder would be nothing without the hard work of the following people: Mark "Pops" Avery, Chip McMullen, Bobby Grieve and Jason "Jumbo" Jumbelic. These guys love this place and you can tell. They worked their asses off to get the course ready to shine for you.
Pictures of the event!
We had Joseph from Understable Labratory out taking pictures of you all weekend.

What's next?
First thing first is pulling weeds and getting grass seed down. There has been a pretty good invasion of negative weeds in the course that weren't there before the course. We need to remove those and spread grass seed. This will be a challenging project, as we need to do it right before the first heavy snow fall.
We will tackle this in two projects. The first will be aggresivly removing the weeds and the second will be seed spreading. Please RSVP your intent to help, many hands make light work.
Until the Spring.
