The WOW Disc Golf Course Fundraiser

WHO - This is a sanctioned event organized by ElevateUT, a non-profit 501©(3) organization dedicated to the education of municipal leaders, the installation of disc golf courses, and the promotion of outdoor recreation opportunities for all.

WHAT - By participating in this event, you not only support the establishment of the WOW as a PERMANENT COURSE, but also contribute to ElevateUT’s efforts in establishing more courses and expanding outdoor recreation opportunities for everyone in our community. The proceeds from this tournament will directly fund this courses’ installation and other disc golf initiatives.

WITH THE SUPPORT OF MVP DISC SPORTS — all players (PRO included) will receive a disc of their choice. For each round — including the half off Sunday when you play Saturday round.

WHEN - There are TWO separate fundraising tournaments. A fundraising tournament will be held on Saturday and a separate Tournament will be held on Sunday. Please note which day(s) you signed up for. You can sign up for both tournaments. Scores are NOT combined.

WHERE - Participants will have the opportunity to compete on a temporary course located inside the boundaries of the Wasatch State Park near the top of Guardsmans Pass.

PLAYER PACKS AND PRIZES - All players, pro and am receive (1) stock stamp MVP disc of their choice and there will be many prizes, including “won your card” prizes, hot round for the day + others!

CARDS - Players may make their own cards, sign up for a tee time through DGS registration. Cards of 3 to 5 are legal.

DIVISIONS - Players sign up in a division in accordance to their PDGA rating. Players without an official PDGA rating, please refer to the PDGA division guide (https://www.pdga.com/divisions) and assign yourself accordingly.

TEE TIMES - 31 Tee times starting at 7:00am and teeing off last at 5:00pm. No more than 5 players per card, no less than 3 players per card. NO EXCEPTION. 20 Minutes apart.

PARKING - Parking at the WOW trailhead is VERY LIMITED. Plan to ride up with your cardmates or carpool with others. Parking is $10 per vehicle, pay upon arrival or at checkout.

PAYOUTS - PRO purse payout and AM player packs will be inline with PDGA requirement of the PDGA endowment program and C-tier standards.

PARK PASS - A state park pass can be used in lieu of paying the $10 daily fee (parking fee). Alternatively, a day pass can be bought through registration on DiscGolfScene and your day pass will be available during your players meeting. A state park pass or day pass must be displayed in the vehicle. Please plan accordingly.
